  • How does the Security Assist Consulting and Companion system work?
    Security Assist customers request support by calling our call center or using our mobile application 24/7 on issues that arise from their grievances that they may experience and which require immediate support.
    Operation Center contacts and informs the nearest and most appropriate Consultant or Companionship personnel about the issue that needs to be supported and location of the customer.
    The Operations Center ensures our Consultant or Companions to reach the customer.
    Our Consultants or Companions start to provide consultancy or companionship support services to the customer.
    Consultant or Companion, when needed to go to different locations according to the request of the customers, receives the information support from the operation center.
  • Who are Security Assist Consulting and Companion staff?
    Our team of companions and consultants consists of retired police/soldiers who have worked for a long time in the government positions, who are experts in their field, and are experienced in security sector.In addition, they have taken training on security assistance topics to develop results-oriented solutions.
  • Where can I use the Security Assist services?
    Security Assist, alongside to some international locations, in many provincial and district centers in Turkey, serve 24 hours 7 days, and in some local locations, gives planned consultancy and companionship services. Location information is available at www.securityassist.com.tr.
  • What is the service period of Security Assist?
    The duration of the Security Assist services varies according to the client's security risks and the importance and severity of victimization. This period may be short enough to be terminated in accordance with the demands and needs of the customer, but must be sufficient to eliminate the threat and the victimization. The duration is decided by mutual agreement, according to the urgency and importance of the incident. Service is based on the customer's demand.
  • In which languages I can get support?
    Security Assist provides service in English and Turkish languages from internet web page, so does English, Russian, Arabic and Persian in communication center 24/7.
  • Do I have the right to withdraw from membership? How long can I use my cancellation right?
    In accordance with the Distance Sales Contract, the right of withdrawal can be used within 14 (fourteen) days from the end of the membership process, starting from the completion of the service.
  • I have a membership request, but I would like to have my membership package delivered to another person. Is it possible?
    The person who is to be invoiced and the person who signs the contract must be the same. Counseling and companionship services are not provided in cases where the client himself is not a party.
  • Who can be included in the Security Assist services in the same membership?
    Within the scope of the service contract determined by Security Assist, security assistance services can be provided to the customer and his/her close ones. The customer has the right to make changes to the persons specified.
  • I live in Istanbul. Can I use Security Assist in another province?
    You can use your membership in all provinces where Security Assist is available, except for overseas.
  • Can I request a companion for a 3-4 day trip?
    You can request the Security Assist services from the membership agreement, or consultancy and companionship services on an hourly or daily basis, as long as you wish.
  • Can I get someone membership on behalf of someone else?
    Within the scope of the service contract determined by Security Assist, security assistance services can be provided to the customer and his/her close ones. The customer has the right to make changes to the persons specified.The person who is to be invoiced and the person who signs the contract must be the same.
